Shipments are made by transport agencies (Seur, DHL or GLS). The delivery time is indicated on the page of each product, in most cases it is 14 - 20 days.
Shipping is free throughout the European Union, except islands where the cost is €25.
We do not ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.
In the event that for any reason there is going to be a delay in delivery greater than usual, the customer will be notified via e-mail.
Invalid days for delivery or preparation of merchandise: Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Whenever orders are placed on these dates, it will start counting from the first business day.
