The personal data as well as the e-mail or postal address of the clients will only be used by BBtwin to identify you as a client.
This data will not be transmitted to third parties (except to the different suppliers when orders are sent from warehouses outside of ours).
In compliance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 15/1.1999, of December 13, 1999, the client may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification and cancellation of their data.
BBtwin.es reserves the right to update prices daily at any time and without prior notice. Individual prices for each product include VAT.
The total purchase amount will be the price of the product, including VAT. The total VAT will be reflected in the shopping cart and on the purchase order that the customer receives at home, as well as via the email address provided by the customer. The prices offered on this website are valid except for typographical errors.
Payment System
Once you have validated all the information about your purchase—items, shipping methods, delivery and billing addresses—a new page will appear for you to choose your payment method. After selecting the payment method, you must confirm the order and proceed with payment.
When BBtwin.es receives confirmation of payment, it will ship the order. If payment is not received, BBtwin will cancel the order. In the case of bank transfer or bank deposit, BBtwin will keep the order pending for 3 days from the order placement date. If, after these days, the customer has not made the payment, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
All orders are shipped to the European Union with free shipping. Delivery time between 10 and 20 days.
Shipping is carried out through a shipping company (as long as it leaves our warehouses; in most cases, to speed up the delivery process, the merchandise is shipped directly from the importers' and/or manufacturers' warehouses).
If you wish us to ship your order through a company other than the one we have selected, you will be responsible for the processing procedures and shipping costs.
Material Verification
The customer must verify that the merchandise received after purchase corresponds to what was ordered, as shown on the invoice and/or delivery note, and that its presentation, condition, documentation, and packaging are correct. To accept claims in this regard, you must record this on the shipping invoice and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
BBtwin does not include advice, installation, operating instructions, or any other type of technical support other than that specified in the warranty regulations. BBtwin will exchange products (see BBtwin warranties) provided that:
- Our Customer Service is notified in advance. This step is essential regardless of the reason for returning the product. You can do so by sending us an email. We will inform you how you can proceed with the return and replacement of the item. We will contact you as soon as possible.
- The products retain their original seal: The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return to BBtwin. No merchandise will be returned until the receipt, condition of the packaging, and accessories of the item to be exchanged in our warehouses have been verified.
BBtwin will not cover the costs of exchanges or returns if:
The customer has made a mistake in the order or delivery information.

Warranties
All products BBtwin offers through its website (www.bbtwin.es) are brand new and sealed by the supplier or manufacturer. When these products are from stock, ex-demos, used items, etc., this is clearly detailed in the product box itself. Furthermore, when they have been unsealed for inspection or other reasons, the customer is notified.
Warranties for new products:
The warranty for new products offered by BBtwin is one year. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer is solely responsible for them. BBtwin can provide the customer with the address, telephone number, and direct contact information for the manufacturer.
The warranty will not be effective, under any circumstances, if:
- The product to be repaired does not match the serial number that BBtwin has in its private files for the products sold.
- If the product is not accompanied by a purchase invoice issued by BBtwin, as well as the packaging and all product contents, such as manuals, controls, and accessories.
- If the cause of the damage or deterioration is due to factors beyond normal use, such as falls, fire, water, the use of inappropriate accessories or those not recommended or prohibited by the manufacturer, excessive or incorrect handling by the customer or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer.
Warranties for special products (pre-owned, second-hand, obsolete products, etc.):
The warranty offered for this type of product is one month and will begin on the same day the order is received/accepted. This warranty will always cover repairs, never replacements.
